Stop Water Gushing

Too many times when we turn the water on we turn it on full throttle or close to it. We seem to do this brushing our teeth, washing our hands and even rinsing dishes.

We need to consider all the water that is going down the drain and not being used.

Instead we need to consider turning the valves that are under the bathroom and kitchen sink halfway off. That way when we turn on the faucets full force, like we always seem to do, it will only be 1/2 the normal force. Translating to savings for you and savings for the environment too.

Great idea!! It seems like when the faucet is on full throttle it sort of gets to me. I call it angry water and turn it to halfway or less. I am really going to turn down all the faucets in the house even though my water bill is paid through the homeowners association...it can't hurt to save the precious resource.

How refreshing to see somebody's concern for others. We need more of this perspective that life doesn't end at the tip of our noses. :-)

to anonymous: one day when you can't get any clean water I wonder if you will still thank that way.
