They say you can't put a price on good health. But at PriceDoc.com , you can bid on the cost of hundreds of procedures, inoculations and tests, including many not covered by health insurance. The free online service has expanded to cash- and credit card-paying patients in 30 major cities and will include some 3,000 medical, dental, vision and other practitioners. How it works: Select your procedure from any of seven tabs, enter your ZIP code or city, and choose from local providers, clinics and practices. You can "reserve" a price from published fees, make a lower offer or "name your price." Then, print your voucher and call the "winner" for an appointment. Providers decide whether they will accept insurance for procedures.
